Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned individual, our small group sessions ensure personalized attention with a maximum of eight participants per class.

In our Mat Pilates classes, you’ll use your body weight and small props to build strength and control, while Reformer Pilates incorporates specialized equipment for a dynamic, resistance-based workout.

For those seeking a more tailored approach, we also offer individual Pilates sessions. These one-on-one sessions are perfect if you’re looking for customized exercises that target your unique needs and goals, or if you’d like to deepen your practice with more focused instruction. There is also an option to have a M/S assessment with the physiotherapist who will work with the Pilates instructor to structure the correct program.

What to Know Before Booking Your Pilates Classes

An initial assessment by one of our physiotherapists is optional before starting our Pilates classes. This way we’ll know your level and limitations and can prepare a customized Pilates program for you.

You can start with one individual Pilates session before you can join our supervised Pilates classes on the days and times of your choice. See pricing information below.

Maximum 8 people per Pilates class, Maximum 4 people per Reformer class. You’ll follow your personal Pilates program and a certified Pilates instructor will always be at hand for guidance and correction.

Our Pilates Instructor – Emma

Emma is a dedicated and passionate Pilates instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Canberra. Trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, she brings extensive knowledge in movement, strength, and body alignment to every class. Emma is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health goals.

Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Emma continuously strives to deepen her understanding of rehabilitation and exercise-based therapies, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Emma’s exercise philosophy centres around creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients of all abilities feel comfortable and motivated. Her classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and focused on functional movement, with personalized attention to meet each individual’s needs. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Emma tailors each session to strike the perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment.

With her strong background in sport and exercise science, Emma emphasizes proper form and technique, helping clients build strength and confidence.
