Pilates

Experience the benefits of Pilates with our group Mat and Reformer classes, designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. Our classes sizes are limited to 4 (reformer class) or 8 (mat class) to ensure each participant has the correct technique and appropriate exercise for them. One on one appointments are also available.

DIRECTIONS:
Turn south at the roundabout on Park Beach Road (opposite the entrance road to Park Beach Plaza) and follow the signs to McDonalds. We are located between Sports Power and McDonalds.

Physio Expertise and Experience

Our goal is to provide the highest possible standard of care in a professional yet friendly environment, using evidence-based treatments with a focus on a manual therapy (“hands on”) treatment approach coupled with appropriate exercise prescription.

Some treatment methods we use include: specific soft tissue massage techniques, joint mobilisation/ manipulation, Muscle Energy techniques, stretching/strengthening techniques, exercise prescription, dry needling, education, taping techniques/bracing, heat/cold therapy, waterproof fibreglass casting and orthotic prescription.

A doctor’s referral is not required unless treatment is provided under Workcover, CTP Third Party insurance, Veterans’ Affairs or Chronic Care Management Plan (formerly EPC).

Our purpose-built facility in Coffs Harbour enables us to guide you through all facets of rehabilitation from initial assessment and diagnosis of injury, to treatment and ultimately restoration of full function for return to sport, recreation or work.

We also offer individual customised clinical Pilates classes in small group settings.
